Omnira One

More profit and your hours back, from the systems you already pay for.

Omnira One connects your field software, your books, your phones and your CRM into one record your company owns. You see what's slipping while there's still time to fix it, and you stop being the only person who can answer a question about the business.

Then our team uses that record to book more jobs. We follow up on your open estimates, reach past customers who are due for service and answer new leads right away. Every month it runs, it knows your company a little better.

  • Missed calls
  • Open estimates
  • Memberships
  • Billed against collected

What we provide

  • Past customers
  • Freezes and main breaks
  • A Quinn line for new leads

Three edge cases we plan for

  • A membership visit that never got booked. The member paid for two visits this year and got one. It shows up before renewal, not after they cancel.
  • One customer, three spellings. The same homeowner sits in your field software, your books and your call tracking under three names. We match them into one customer with one history.
  • A callback on a job you already billed. A return visit inside 30 days is tied to the first job and the tech who did it, so you see what the job really cost.

What a decade of enterprise systems looks like

Our team has owned these systems inside working companies, on the plant floor, in the warehouse and in the front office. We've answered for the numbers they put out, so we build yours the same way.

What our team has run

Monday shouldn't depend on you touching everything.

It's Sunday night and you're already dreading Monday. Every stuck estimate, every billing question and every crew problem comes back to you, because you're the only one who can see the whole business. The jobs are in the field software, the money is in the books and the calls are on the phones. Nobody looks at all three together except you.

Now picture a Sunday night ten years from now. If nothing changes, it's the same night.

A business that runs without you doesn't start with a reorg. It starts with getting every piece into one place, so your team and your systems work from the same numbers instead of from your memory. That's the first step, and it's the one Omnira One takes.

Three reasons the owner ends up holding everything

Your systems don't talk to each other.

The field software says one number, the books say another and the CRM says a third. Someone in the office spends part of every week making them agree, and they still don't.

The numbers show up late.

Last month's report lands halfway through this month. By the time you see the estimate that went cold or the invoice that's 60 days out, the customer has hired someone else or stopped answering.

Seeing it and fixing it are two jobs.

A report can show you a problem. Then someone still has to call the customer, chase the invoice and book the job. When that someone is always you, the business can't grow past your calendar.

What's inside

Each part does one job.

Connect

One database your company owns, fed from your field software, books, phones, CRM and documents.

One record

One definition of customer, job, estimate, invoice, membership, technician, call and permit across every system.

Today

A page for each role: the whole company for the owner, what's due for the office manager and what's open for the sales lead.

Map

Your customers, today's jobs, open estimates and market signals on one map. Click a pin to open the record, and the list beside the map follows what you see.

People

Each person's jobs, revenue, close rate, callbacks and reviews, and who on your team uses Omnira One. The owner sees everyone, a manager sees their team and a tech sees their own work.

Quinn

Ask in plain English and get an answer from your numbers and your files. A morning briefing by text and email, and alerts when something slips. If you want research done, you ask Quinn and it does it.

Watchers

They keep an eye on unsold estimates, lapsed memberships, aging invoices, missed calls, and storms and permits in your area, and they tell the right person.

Reports

A written report each month on what moved, what slipped and what we'd look at next.

Approved actions

Changes written back into your software, only after someone on your team says yes. We turn this on last, once you trust the numbers.

Built with your team

Omnira One is built around how you work. Every page, number and alert is shaped with your team, and we keep changing it as you grow.

Your pages

Your words

Call things what your team calls them.

Your numbers

Pick the numbers that sit at the top of Today for each role.

Who sees what

The owner sees everyone. A manager sees their team. A tech sees their own work.

Your morning text

Choose when Quinn sends the morning numbers, and whether it comes by text or email.

In the demo, open Make it yours and try it. On your second call, we make these changes live with you.

Ask Quinn anything.

Quinn is our AI. Ask it a question in plain English and it answers from your data and your own documents. Your morning numbers and alerts come by text and email.

If something isn't in your data yet, ask Quinn anyway. Quinn passes it to our team, and we get it for you. Every request goes through Quinn, so there's no form to fill in and no ticket to chase.

  • Owner asks

Which estimates over $5,000 haven't had a follow-up this week?

Quinn lists them by value, with who sent each one and the last time anyone called.

  • Office manager asks

Who's more than 60 days late, and what did we tell them last time?

Quinn pulls the open invoices from your books and the last call or note about each customer, in one answer.

  • Sales lead asks

Which past customers sit inside last night's hail path?

Quinn matches the storm path from Omnira Signal against your customer list and hands back the names and addresses.

  • Owner asks

Who owns the new warehouse going up on the east side of town?

That isn't in your data yet, so Quinn passes it to our team. We find the owner and the right contact, and Quinn sends you the answer.

Every action, fully auditable.

Pick an example. Each action shows why it was proposed, the steps it takes, the data it changes and its timeline. The person who approves it sees all of it first, and all of it goes into the audit log.

Nothing happens off the record.

An HVAC company. Proposed by the lapsed membership watcher.

Why it was proposed

The Alvarez home let its maintenance membership lapse 21 days ago, after four years on it. The fall tune-up was never booked, the furnace is 14 years old, and nobody has called since the renewal email bounced.

Steps

  1. Send a renewal text from your company's numberQuinn line. Waiting for a yes.
  2. Hold two tune-up times on ThursdayYour field software. Waiting for a yes.
  3. Tell the office manager when they answerOmnira One. Waiting for a yes.

Omnira One lives inside the tools you already use.

Your team doesn't have to learn a new system or keep another screen open all day. The work stays in the field software, books and phones they already run.

By text and email

Your morning numbers, Quinn's answers and the alerts arrive by text and email, where your team already reads.

In your own software

Approved updates go back into your field software and your books, so your team sees them where they already work.

A page when you want the whole picture

The owner, the office manager and the sales lead each have a page for their job. Everyone gets a login, with no charge per user.

Then we use the same record to book more jobs.

Most data products stop at the dashboard. They show you the estimate that went cold and leave the calling to your team. We keep going, because we already run the work that turns those numbers into booked jobs.

Database reactivation

Your past customers and your unsold estimates, worked again with a real conversation. The list is already yours, so it's usually where we start.

Market data from Omnira Signal

New permits, licenses, liens and storm paths in your territory, from our own data pipelines. You see who's about to need you before they call around.

Research on every lead

Before anyone calls, Quinn looks the lead up and writes a short brief: who they are, what they own and what they're likely to need.

A Quinn line for new leads

A new lead gets a text back right away and a booked time on your calendar, instead of a voicemail.

Outbound growth

Outreach to the commercial accounts, property managers and general contractors you want more work from.

Buying, raising and selling

When you want to buy a competitor, raise money or sell, our sister firm Omnira Partners runs that work on the same clean record.

Be at the door before your competitors know there's a job.

Every job and every deal leaves a public trail before anyone picks up the phone. A permit gets pulled, a storm crosses a zip code or a building changes hands.

Omnira Signal reads thousands of data points from public records and matches each one to what you sell and where you sell it. Your team gets the name, the address and the reason to call, while everyone else is still waiting for the phone to ring.

  • A building permit issues in your territory.

We match it to your trade and your job size. Your team calls the contractor before the work is staffed.

  • A storm crosses your service area.

Hail, wind, flood and freeze each come with a list of the homes and buildings in the path. Your crew is at the right door while the damage is fresh.

  • A commercial building changes hands.

The new owner is picking vendors. Your team reaches them before the old vendor's contract comes up.

  • A lien or a UCC filing is recorded, or nears its lapse date.

A money decision is coming at that company. It's a reason to call that your competitors don't have.

  • A new business gets its license.

A new shop buys its first round of everything. You're the first vendor it hears from.

  • A public contract goes out to bid, or gets awarded.

You see the date and the scope weeks ahead, so you can bid it or call the winner about subcontract work.

Buying companies? The same record shows which owners may be getting ready to sell. Probate, tax liens and lawsuits all leave a trail, and that's where deal origination starts.

From a signal to a winFour steps. Signal: A building permit issues in your county. Match: Your trade, your territory and your job size. Action: Quinn writes a short brief for the right person on your team. One example from the list above. Your territory, your trades and your job size set what counts as a match.

It knows your company better every month.

Every month Omnira One runs, it holds another month of your jobs, calls, estimates and answers. Quinn learns which customers pay late, which estimates close and which crews sell. A year in, Quinn answers from twelve months of your own history instead of one.

That history belongs to you. It's also what a buyer or a lender asks for first: clean numbers that match across systems, recurring revenue you can show, and a business that doesn't run out of one person's head.

Where the return comes fromThree parts stack up: estimate recovery, $65K a year; reactivation, $41K a year; and hours saved, $16K a year. Together they are $121K of profit added a year. The chart shows that profit adding up: $121K by year 1, $243K by year 2 and $364K by year 3. At a sale, the added profit and cleaner numbers add $652K of company value. Total: $652,000.

This is an estimate, not a promise. Your real numbers come from your own data once it's connected. The calculator runs in your browser, and nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere.

How we calculate this

More estimates closed

Your close rate goes up 5 points, from 40% to 45%, because every open estimate gets followed up. That's 36 estimates a month, times 12, times your average estimate of $6,000, times 5 points: $130,000 in added revenue.

Past customers booked again

We assume we can reach 60% of your list by text: 2,880 of your 4,800. We use our recent campaign results: 23.1% replied and 6.3% booked a job. That's about 665 conversations and 181 jobs, at your average job of $450: $82,000 in added revenue.

We think that's conservative. Those rates came from a dormant list whose contact data was stale. Before we reach out to yours, we can refresh and enrich it with our own open-source intelligence (OSINT) research, and that usually lets us reach more of it.

Profit on the new revenue

We assume you keep 50% of each new dollar after the cost of doing the work. On $211,000 of added revenue, that's $106,000.

Office hours back

We take 60% of the 15 office hours a week off your team's plate. That's 9 hours a week, valued at $35 an hour for 50 weeks: $16,000 a year.

Company value

Your profit today is $300,000, your revenue times your margin. Buyers in your industry pay about 4.5 times yearly profit at that size, so the added profit adds $546,000. Clean numbers that match across systems can add 0.25 to that multiple, on your total profit after Omnira One: $105,000.

What makes it lower

It comes in lower when fewer past customers have a mobile number we can text, when there's no offer to send, or when the job is large and the buyer is a business with a long buying cycle. We'll work out your real numbers with you on the call.

What you own

The database

Your data lands in a database your company owns. If you ever stop working with us, the data and its history stay with you.

Your systems of record

Your field software stays your field software, and your books stay your books. We read from them. Nothing is written back without a yes from your team.

What we build for you

Dashboards, watchers and reports built for your company are yours. You pay one setup fee and a flat monthly fee, with no charge per user.

How we handle your data

These are the rules Omnira One runs on, for every client and every plan. Send us your security questions before the first call, and we'll go through them with you.

Approval before any action

Nothing goes to a customer and nothing changes in your software until someone on your team says yes.

A full audit log

Every approval, every change and every message sent is written to a log, with who did it and when.

You own the data

It sits in a database your company owns, and it stays with you if you ever stop working with us.

Each client kept separate

Your data is kept apart from every other client's. No other client can see it.

Access by role

You decide who sees what. The owner can see everything, a manager sees their team and a tech sees their own work.

No training on your data

Your data is never used to train AI models.

Healthcare demos on counts only

For a healthcare practice we demo with counts: calls, open slots, recall due and billing totals. Never a patient record.

A BAA when you need one

If a build needs patient information, we put a business associate agreement (BAA) in place and scope the work with your compliance lead before anyone has access.

Own more than one company?

Omnira One can run a whole group on one shared back end. Each company's data moves onto one record, duplicate tools come off the books and the board sees every company side by side.

No tool for part of the work yet?

If part of your work still runs on paper, a whiteboard or someone's memory, we build the internal tool for it on open source and connect it the same way. Custom internal tools are what we specialize in, and we build them on top of what you already run.

Works with means we can bring that system's information into Omnira One. How we do it depends on the system. Some offer an official connection. For others we use the reports and exports you already run. Each vendor's own terms set what can be kept and for how long, and we work inside them. We'll tell you which applies to your setup on the first call. Product names and logos belong to their owners, and Omnira isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

One recent result: we reached out to a residential services company's dormant customer list of 1,649 past customers. 23.1% replied and 6.3% booked a job, recovering $53K in revenue in just over three weeks.

We have since turned it into a full operating system that sends job reminders, plans truck dispatch to save gas and time, manages invoices and payroll, runs follow-up campaigns on dormant customers, and finds and automatically bids on government and commercial contracts.

Each result was one client, their list and their market. It isn't a promise of what you'll get.

Questions owners ask

Does this replace our field software or our books?
No. Your field software and your books stay where they are, and your team keeps working in them. Omnira One reads from them and makes them agree.
Who owns the data?
You do. It lands in a database your company owns, and it stays with you if you ever stop working with us.
What does it cost?
Setup is a one-time fee from $5,000 to $60,000, set by how many systems you run and how messy the data is. Then you pay one flat monthly price: $3,500 on Connect, $5,000 to $7,500 on Grow and $10,000 to $15,000 on Scale. There's no charge per user.
Does Quinn text my customers on its own?
No. Quinn answers your questions, sends your numbers and flags what needs attention. Anything that goes to a customer or changes your software waits for a yes from someone on your team.
We're a small shop with two or three systems. Is this for us?
It can be. Two systems that disagree are enough to cost you money. We'll tell you plainly on the first call whether the setup pays for itself at your size.
Do you work with healthcare practices?
Yes. We start with the business side: phones, the schedule, recall counts and billing totals. We never put patient records in a demo or ask for them on a form.
We own several companies. Can they share one Omnira One?
Yes. Each company's data moves onto one shared back end, and the board sees every company side by side. Each company's team still sees only its own numbers.
