- What is the Blueprint?
- The Blueprint is paid discovery. It takes 1 to 2 weeks and costs $5,000. An advisor and one of our engineers find what is holding your growth back. Then they give you a plan: your systems map, the data we connect, the growth engines we run, the money case, your setup price and your go-live date. We start building during the Blueprint, so you go live sooner.
- Is the Blueprint fee credited?
- Yes. The full $5,000 is credited to your setup. If your setup is $20,000, you pay $15,000 more when we build.
- What if we don't build after the Blueprint?
- The plan forward, the systems map and the money case are yours to keep. The Blueprint fee is not refunded.
- Can we skip the Blueprint?
- Only for a one-system build, which means one field or office system plus your books. That can start on the setup fee alone. Anything bigger goes through the Blueprint, so your setup number is right.
- We own several companies. What does the Blueprint cost?
- For private equity firms, family offices and lenders with many companies, the Blueprint is $5,000 per company, capped at $25,000. All of it is credited to your setup.
- How long until we're live?
- Most companies are live 2 to 4 weeks after the Blueprint sets the scope. We promise 4 to 8 weeks at the outside. More systems and messier data sit at the long end. The Blueprint gives you your own go-live date.
- What does the setup fee cover?
- Everything it takes to get you running. We connect your systems, clean up and match the records, and build the pages your team uses. We also load your documents so Quinn can answer from them, and we run your first campaign to past customers.
- Why does setup cost $5,000 for one company and $40,000 for another?
- It comes down to how many systems you run and how messy the data is. Three systems with clean exports is a small job. Eight systems, an ERP and ten years of duplicate customers is a big one. We price it after we've seen what you run.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Everyone on your team can use Omnira One, on every plan.
- Do we also pay Omnira Partners every month?
- No. There is one monthly price. When Omnira Partners works with you as an operating partner, that work is the Grow or Scale plan: the meetings, the growth work and the strategy time are inside it. Raising capital and deal work are paid by a success fee on top.
- Do you take a share of the profit you bring in?
- No. You pay the setup and the monthly price. That's it.
- Is outreach to my customers really in every plan?
- Yes. Connect runs a campaign to your past customers every quarter. Grow and Scale run it all the time. You approve the list and the words before anything goes out, and it goes out under your company's name.
- What's the difference between the plans?
- Every plan gets all of Omnira One. The plans differ by how many systems we connect, how much follow-up and outreach we run for you and how often you meet with our team.
- Where do I land inside a range?
- It depends on how much work we run for you. The Blueprint gives you the exact number, before you sign anything.
- Which systems do you connect?
- The field software, books, phones and CRM you already run. The full list, with logos, is on the Omnira One page. If your tool isn't on it, ask us. Spreadsheets always work.
- Will this replace my field software or my books?
- No. Your team keeps working in them. Omnira One reads from them and makes them agree.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. It sits in a database your company owns, and it stays with you if you ever leave.
- Do you work with healthcare practices?
- Yes. We start with the business side: phones, the schedule, recall counts and billing totals. We never ask for patient records on a form or show them in a demo.
