Five systems our team built, and what changed.

Each story says where the company started, what we built and what happened after. Two clients let us use their names. The others stay unnamed, and one of the five is our own company.

Residential services

Follow-up that doubled a residential services company

The run rate went from $2.5 million to $5 million in 90 days.

The situation

Zach Alexandre runs a residential services company, and he's fine with us using his name. When the work started, his run rate was $2.5 million.

What we built

We built follow-up that an AI runs. It holds the first conversation with each lead. A person approves what matters before it goes out, and every reply is tracked.

What changed

Ninety days later the run rate was $5 million. By his account, most of the new business came from the follow-up.

“They doubled our business in 90 days, $2.5 million to $5 million run rate. We were overwhelmed with new clients, and most of it came from follow-up.”

An owner-operated services company

Money in a customer list the owner had written off

$1.65 million recovered from a database the client had written off.

The situation

An owner-operated services company had a database of past customers. They'd written it off. We can't name them, but you've probably got a list like it.

What we built

We built a system to go back through that database and start the conversation again with the people in it.

What changed

The company recovered $1.65 million from a list it had stopped counting on.

Texting and calling at scale

Over a million conversations inside the federal rules

Over 1,000,000 conversations with zero TCPA violations.

The situation

The TCPA is the federal law on calls and texts. It sets when and how a business may contact people, and each violation carries its own fine.

When a system runs conversations by the thousands, one bad setting repeats itself thousands of times.

What we built

We built the rules into the system. It keeps quiet hours. It caps how many first-time contacts go out each day, and it tracks who gave consent.

A person approves what goes out, and every message is logged.

What changed

Over 1,000,000 conversations went through it, with zero TCPA violations.

Private equity

Daycare owners for a family office roll-up

More than 30 acquisition targets found, contacted and booked.

The situation

Loves Capital is a Scottsdale family office building a roll-up of daycares and K-12 schools. A roll-up needs a steady run of owners who'll take the call.

What we built

We built the system that finds the targets and profiles each owner. It handles the outreach, with a person approving each message, and it tracks every meeting that gets booked.

What changed

The system found, contacted and booked more than 30 acquisition targets.

Across our private equity work, that adds up to over $1.1B in deal flow.

“We spoke to upwards of 30 daycares. The results spoke for themselves.”

Omnira

Our own company

We run Omnira on the same systems we build for clients.

The situation

We build AI systems for other companies, so we run our own company on them first. When something breaks, it breaks on us.

What we built

Quinn, our AI teammate, texts from its own iMessage line. It drafts replies, and a person approves each one before it goes.

Our advisors work from an inbox, a dialer and a calendar we built. Every new lead is researched before anyone calls. Calls are recorded, transcribed and logged to the lead.

What changed

The same data pipelines run Omnira Signal, with 53 machines across 11 sectors.

Results from engagements our team ran. Some ran before we took the Omnira Systems name. It's the same people. Clients are named only with their permission. Lightly edited for print. Individual results vary.

Tell us what should run itself.

We'll tell you plainly whether a build fits, and what you'd own at the end.
