What we build

What we build for your company.

You bring the work that's slow, manual or stuck inside rented software. We build the tool, the agent or the model setup that does it. When we're done it's yours, code and data included.

    Local models and hardware

We set up the hardware, run AI models on it and train them on your documents, so your data stays in your building.

A local model is an AI model that runs on a computer you own. Nothing you type into it leaves your building. For patient files, deal documents and anything under an NDA, that's the only setup some owners will accept.

We pick the hardware and set it up. We install the models, run them, and train them on your own documents so they know your business. We do this for a single office, and we do it at enterprise scale.

Not every job needs it. We'll tell you which work belongs on your own hardware and which is fine on a cloud model.

Internal tools instead of rented software

We replace the rented software your team fights with a tool built around how your company works.

Most companies bend their work to fit the software. The estimator keeps a side spreadsheet because the quoting tool can't do it her way. The office types the same job into a second system.

We build the tool that fits the work. It can be a quoting screen, a job board, a pro forma builder or an owner statement run. It does one job the way you do it, and it reads from your own database.

You don't pay by the seat. Nobody can raise the price on you or shut it off.

Your company's context, owned by you

We put what your company knows in one place you own, so every tool and every AI agent works from the same memory.

An AI model knows nothing about your business until you tell it. What you tell it is the context. That means your customers, your pricing, your past jobs and the way you write a quote.

Today that context is scattered across rented tools, inboxes and a few people's heads. Each vendor's AI sees only its own slice.

We pull it into a database and a document library that belong to you. Every agent we build reads from there. If you change tools or change models, your company's memory stays put.

Business texting on iMessage, built in house

We build business texting on iMessage on a line you own, with no texting vendor in the middle.

We run our own company this way. Quinn, our AI teammate, has its own line on a machine we own. When someone replies, Quinn reads the thread, the notes in our CRM and the calendar. Then it drafts an answer and texts the draft to one of us. We send it, fix it or skip it.

A draft written late at night waits until morning. If the person isn't on iMessage, the same line falls back to a regular text. Every message is logged on that person's record.

We build the same thing for an owner, on a line and a machine you own. Your customers' replies never sit in somebody else's system.

AI agents with a human approving

We build AI agents that do the research and the first draft, and a person on your team approves what goes out.

An agent is an AI model with a job, the tools to do it and rules about what it may touch. Ours research every new lead before anyone calls. They draft replies to customers, and they build sales documents.

The agent holds the first conversation. A person approves every message that matters. You set where that line sits, and you can move it as you come to trust the work.

Every action is logged, so you can read back what the agent did.

    CRM and back office builds

We build CRMs and back office systems around the way your business runs.

We built a CRM for a behavioral health operator around the patient journey. It tracks referral sources, shows insurance status at each step of intake, and follows up on stalled admissions.

For an engineering firm, proposals now draft from project details and margin reports build themselves. For property managers, owner statements generate, rent follow-up runs on its own, and maintenance requests get sorted before anyone opens them.

Our own advisors work out of an inbox, a dialer and a calendar we built ourselves.

    Post-acquisition integration

We build the shared backend a buyer carries into every company it buys.

The week after a closing, the new owner has two of everything. There are two customer lists, two phone setups and two ways of writing a quote. It's easy to live with that for years.

We build one backend that every company you buy plugs into. It holds the CRM, the reporting, the messaging line and the agents. After each close, the new company's customers, quotes and job history load into it.

You see every company in one place, and the next acquisition starts with the systems already built. It's work we do alongside Omnira Partners, the advisory firm we're part of.

    Compliance and data sovereignty

We build systems that keep your data where you decide and keep a record of who did what.

Data sovereignty means you decide where your data lives and who can read it. When it sits in your own database on your own hardware, you can point at the room and name who has the key.

We build the rules into the system, because a rule in a binder gets skipped on a busy day. Our own texting has quiet hours and a daily cap on first-time contacts. A person approves what goes out. Every message and every agent action is logged.

If you handle patient files or deal documents, you already know which records can't leave the building. We design for that from the start. We aren't lawyers. Your counsel decides the rules, and we build them in.
