Omnira One for private equity and family offices

You bought the companies. Now they should report like one company.

Omnira One moves each company you own onto one shared back end. Every company reports revenue, margin and cash the same way, so your board view reads from one place instead of a stack of late spreadsheets. Duplicate software comes off the books, and the tools we build on top belong to the company.

Does this sound like your week?

  • Each company sends its numbers in its own spreadsheet, and they show up late.
  • One company calls it a job and the next one calls it a work order, so nothing adds up.
  • The integration plan stalled a few months after close.
  • The deal model promised synergies, and nobody tracks them against a starting number.
  • Three companies pay for three field software contracts that do the same job.
  • A buyer will ask whether each company runs without its founder, and we can't show them.

Talk to the owner before the banker does.

Owners get ready to sell long before they hire a broker, and the public record shows it. Signal reads thousands of data points across court filings, liens and licenses. It flags the owners in your sectors whose situation just changed.

Your deal team gets a reason to call that nobody else has, while the owner is still deciding and before anyone runs a process.

  • A probate case opens on a business owner's estate.

The family may not want to run the company. Your team opens a quiet conversation early.

  • A federal or state tax lien is recorded against the company.

Cash is tight. A buyer with a fair offer gets a hearing.

  • The company is named in a lawsuit.

Owners facing a long fight often start thinking about an exit. You know which ones.

  • A UCC financing statement nears its five-year lapse date.

The owner is about to make a financing decision. A sale is one of the options.

  • A surety bond or workers' comp policy on file is set to cancel.

Something changed inside the company. Your team looks closer before anyone else does.

  • A company or its owner files for bankruptcy.

Assets and whole companies come up for sale. You see them first.

The same feed finds work for the companies you already own: permits, storms and new owners in each company's market.

What funds and portfolio companies are saying about AI

Here's where private equity stands on AI right now, as we see it.

  • Funds are putting their own AI engineers inside portfolio companies instead of waiting for each company to hire.
  • CFOs see more code getting shipped, but they don't see better systems.
  • Vendors that won't use AI are being asked why they're still being paid.
  • AI work gets priced against what it adds to EBITDA and to revenue per employee.
  • Every portfolio company runs its own AI experiment, and none of it carries over to the next company.
  • New board seats come with one job: choosing the AI vendors.
  • The funds that are getting somewhere make one workflow work, then carry it across the portfolio.
  • Omnira One is built for that last point. We get one workflow working in one company, then carry it to every company you own on the same back end. The next company starts from what the first one built.

The page your team opens

Each part shows where its numbers come from. Nothing on it has to be typed in twice.

Every company also gets a Map of its customers, work and market, and a People page with each person's numbers and who uses Omnira One.

The Omnira One Today page for a sample PE firm with a roll-up of ten portfolio companies. Cards show each company's 12-month revenue and connection status, with headline figures below: 8 of 10 companies connected, 76.2% captured against plan, and 10 integration tasks past due.
Today, for the operating partner. It shows which companies are connected, how the plan is tracking, and what is late.
The Omnira One Map page for a sample PE firm. Portfolio companies and targets across the Southeast are grouped into numbered circles near Nashville, Charlotte, Atlanta and Tampa, with a layers control, Light, Satellite and Streets map buttons, a list of the ten companies by city, and a tab for add-on targets.
The Map shows where your companies are, where they overlap, and where the add-on targets sit.

Lenders and private credit

A lender runs on the same portfolio view. One lender, many borrowers, and each borrower connected to Omnira One. The demo shows a private credit fund's deals by stage, its credit desk and every borrower's cash, receivables and covenant headroom. It flags a covenant about to trip, or a borrower taking on new cash advances after funding.

Built with your team

Omnira One is built around how you work. Every page, number and alert is shaped with your team, and we keep changing it as you grow.

Your pages

Show the pages your team uses and hide the rest.

Your words

Call things what your team calls them, whether that is a company, a platform or an add-on.

Your numbers

Pick the numbers that sit at the top of Today for each role.

Who sees what

The owner sees everyone. A manager sees their team. A tech sees their own work.

Your morning text

Choose when Quinn sends the morning numbers, and whether it comes by text or email.

In the demo, open Make it yours and try it. On your second call, we make these changes live with you.

One record, one meaning

Each of these gets one definition across every system you run, so a number means the same thing on every page.

  • Portfolio company
  • Branch
  • Customer
  • Job
  • Invoice
  • Vendor contract
  • Synergy
  • Integration task
  • Add-on target

Each company's field software and books stay its systems of record, and your fund reporting tool stays where it is. Omnira One gives every company one shared definition of the numbers.

Works with the tools you already run

We connect the deal, fund and reporting tools your firm runs, and every portfolio company's own field software, books and phones. If a company runs on something else, ask us. Spreadsheets always work.

No tool for part of the work yet?

If part of your work still runs on paper, a whiteboard or someone's memory, we build the internal tool for it on open source and connect it the same way. Custom internal tools are what we specialize in, and we build them on top of what you already run.

Works with means we can bring that system's information into Omnira One. How we do it depends on the system. Some offer an official connection. For others we use the reports and exports you already run. Each vendor's own terms set what can be kept and for how long, and we work inside them. We'll tell you which applies to your setup on the first call. Product names and logos belong to their owners, and Omnira isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Three problems we start with

A monthly board pack from one place

Every company's numbers land on one shared record with one definition of revenue and margin. Quinn drafts the monthly summary, and every number links to the rows behind it.

Your team reviews the pack instead of building it.

Synergies tracked against a starting number

We capture each company's numbers when we connect it. Each synergy is then tracked against that baseline, by lever and by company.

You can show which gains came from the integration.

Duplicate software found before it renews

Every vendor contract across the portfolio sits on one list with its renewal date. When two companies pay for tools that do the same job, you see it before the renewal.

You decide to consolidate or keep before you've paid for another year.

Buying more than one company? Here's how we bring them onto one back end, from the first data move to the last tool you retire.

Post-acquisition integration

Edge cases we plan for

These are the cases that break a normal report. We set them up from the start.

Two companies, one customer

A customer who buys from two of your companies shows up once at the holdco, with both relationships.

Software paid for twice

Tools that do the same job across the portfolio are listed side by side, with what each one costs.

A covenant getting close

Leverage and headroom by company, with a flag before a covenant trips.

Omnira One watches it for you

Quinn, our AI, answers questions about your business in plain English and sends your morning numbers by text and email. Watchers keep an eye on the record and tell the right person when something slips. Two of the first ones we'd set up:

Company behind plan

A company's year-to-date EBITDA falls more than 5% under plan.

Duplicate software renewing

A contract renews within 60 days, and another company already pays for a tool that does the same job.

Then we use the same record to book more jobs.

The record that runs your board view also finds growth. Inside each company, we reach past customers and follow up on open estimates. We also help your deal team find the next company to buy.

Past customers at every company

Each add-on brings its own customer list. We work those lists again, under each company's own name.

Owners with a reason to sell

Omnira Signal tracks probate, tax liens, lawsuits and bankruptcies, so your deal team sees which owners in your sectors may be ready to talk.

Buying, raising and selling

Our sister firm Omnira Partners runs deal work on the same clean record, from add-on sourcing to the numbers a buyer checks at exit.

Signal tracks probate openings, tax liens, business lawsuits and bankruptcy filings.

What our team has done

$1.65 million

A restoration company recovered $1.65 million from its own list of past customers, a list it had written off.

$2.5M to $5M

A residential services company went from a $2.5 million to a $5 million run rate in 90 days, on follow-up our team built.

Read the story
  • 1,649

Past customers on a dormant list, reached.

  • 23.1%

    Replied.

  • 6.3%

    Booked a job.

  • $53K

Recovered in just over three weeks.

One recent result: we reached out to a residential services company's dormant customer list of 1,649 past customers. 23.1% replied and 6.3% booked a job, recovering $53K in revenue in just over three weeks.

We have since turned it into a full operating system that sends job reminders, plans truck dispatch to save gas and time, manages invoices and payroll, runs follow-up campaigns on dormant customers, and finds and automatically bids on government and commercial contracts.

Each result was one client, their list and their market. It isn't a promise of what you'll get.

What you own

Your data stays yours

It lands in a database your company owns, and it stays with you if you ever stop working with us.

Nothing changes without a yes

We read from your systems. Anything written back, and anything sent to a customer, waits for someone on your team to approve it.

No charge per user

One setup fee and a flat monthly fee. Your whole team can use it.

Own several companies? For private equity firms, family offices and lenders with many companies, the Blueprint is $5,000 per company, capped at $25,000. All of it is credited to your setup.

Questions owners ask

Do our portfolio companies have to switch software?
Not on day one. Each company keeps its tools while its data moves onto one shared back end. A tool comes off the books only when you decide to retire it.
Can each company see the other companies' numbers?
No. Each company's team sees its own company. The holdco sees all of them, side by side.
Will this replace our fund reporting tool?
No. Keep the portfolio monitoring tool you already use. We can send it your monthly package as an export.
Who owns what you build?
The company does. The database is yours, and the tools we build on top stay with the company when you sell it.
What does the Blueprint cost for a portfolio?
The Blueprint is $5,000 per company, capped at $25,000. All of it is credited to your setup.
Do you work with family offices?
Yes. A family office that owns operating companies gets the same view: how each company did this month, which one needs attention and whether each one can run without its founder.

Tell us what should run itself.

We'll tell you plainly whether a build fits, and what you'd own at the end.
