The moment

A UCC financing statement runs for five years. When that clock nears its end, the borrower's financing is in motion one way or another: a payoff, a refinance, or the lender files to continue it.

The Timelock tracks the filings whose clock ends inside 90 days, drops the ones already terminated, and names the business, the secured party of record, the collateral as written and the exact day the statement lapses.

Who it's for

  • Competing lenders
  • Refinance brokers
  • Equipment dealers
  • Equipment finance companies

What you get

  • Business borrowers whose financing statement lapses inside 90 days
  • The secured party of record on each one
  • The collateral description, word for word
  • The exact lapse date
  • Businesses only. Individual debtors are left off entirely.

The outcome

Your loan officers quote the renewal before the incumbent lender calls. Equipment dealers see whose collateral line names the machines they sell.

Questions buyers ask

What does a lapse date tell me about the borrower?
Only that a date is coming. It's a clock set by law, and it says nothing about how the business is doing. Most end in a payoff, a refinance or a continuation, and each of those is a conversation you can be part of.
Do you show loan amounts?
No. These filings don't carry one, so we never show a figure.
Why does the collateral text matter?
It says what's pledged: equipment, receivables, vehicles or all assets. An equipment lender and a factoring company want very different rows, and the collateral line sorts them.
